Another Painting by Pioneering Ink Painter Sol Luckman Featured on the Cover of a Mainstream Book on Shamanism

Having played around with watercolors for years, I started painting seriously with inks in 2010. Since then my portfolio has expanded from a mere handful of pieces to over 250 works on paper and canvas.

Several years ago, Destiny Books asked for permission to use one of my ink-on-paper paintings on the cover of Itzhak Beery’s THE GIFT OF SHAMANISM.

Perhaps my artwork contributed in some small way to the book’s success. In any case, before long Destiny Books, on the author’s request, contacted me for permission to use another of my ink-on-paper paintings, THUNDERBIRD, for the sequel …

This time my image was used without modification on the cover of the bestselling SHAMANIC TRANSFORMATIONS:

And now, with the publication of Beery’s third book in the series, my artwork (CROW RISING, ink on canvas) is once again featured …

Here it is on the cover of SHAMANIC HEALING …

On the subject of shamanism and my artwork on book covers, my ink-on-paper painting DREAMCATCHER …

… appears as the background image for my award-winning shamanic novel, SNOOZE: A STORY OF AWAKENING, winner of the 2015 National Indie Excellence Award for New Age Fiction.
