I loved this book which was one of those “can’t put it down” reads. My family and I are moving through the Potentiation stages and so far have been blown away by the positive changes. I have had many symptoms that could be all rolled up into chronic anemia which have all lessened or cleared. My son was very sensory and has settled down somewhat, and is more outwardly aware so looking forward to more healing for him. My husband who is on meds for cholesterol and high blood pressure suddenly went completely off coffee and craved tea—lots if tea. A quick search on Google found that black tea is great for lessening both of these ailments—interesting. Many more positive outcomes that are subtle and too many to note here.
